Complaints
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS complaints system. If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service please inform our Practice Manager in writing or in person as soon as possible.
Hopefully this will enable us to reach a prompt and satisfactory resolution to the complaint. In situations where the practice is unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction the case can be referred to the CCG.

Integrated Care Board
An Integrated Care Board (ICB) is an organisation responsible for the day to day running of the NHS. The NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB takes account of population needs, arranges for the provision of services and manages the NHS budget.

Publication of GP Net Earnings
Disclaimer: NHS England requires that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised, and the required disclosure is shown below. However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, or to make any comparison with any other practice.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in Russell House Surgery in the last financial year was £44,031 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 full time GPs and 3 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
