Home Visits

Home visits are available on request for patients who are housebound or terminally ill. All requests for home visits will be assessed by a Clinician.

At home the Clinician will only have limited equipment and it is often difficult to perform a full assessment of your symptoms. It is therefore essential that if it is at all possible that you attend the Surgery to see a Clinician.

If you do need a home visit, call 01902 842 488 before 10.30am if possible. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible so that the Clinician can give your request due priority.

Calls are usually distributed geographically unless a particular Clinician is attending a particular patient, thus you may not necessarily be visited by your preferred Clinician.
